The hotel's decoration is simply stunning, with a perfect blend of old-world charm and modern elegance. The artwork displayed throughout the hotel adds a touch of culture and beauty to every corner. For senior people like myself, the hotel's accessibility is top-notch, with easily navigable corridors and well-placed handrails, ensuring a safe and comfortable stay.
It would be ideal if the children working there could improve their speed and efficiency, especially during breakfast service. A more attentive and prompt service would greatly enhance the overall vacation experience for senior people.

The room was absolutely mind-blowing, with a mix of eclectic 80s glam and stunning old world frescos. The badly restored ceiling fresco added a hilariously weird touch. The location was super, close to the train station and just a couple of bridges away from the main one. The staff, led by the fantastic Andrea, went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The individually decorated rooms were jaw-dropping, with beautiful bathrooms and huge, comfy beds. The hotel itself, a converted palace, retained all the original details and added some funky touches like the stainless-steel dressing room pod. The extensive mini bar and supplied pod coffee maker were a nice bonus. I couldn't find a single fault with this hotel - highly recommended. The management deserves a big credit for creating such an amazing experience.
